Kips Bay Dallas Decorator Showhouse

The Inaugural Kips Bay Decorator Show House is an instrumental charity fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girl Club, and this is the first year Dallas hosted the show house! They were able to open with safety precautions and timed entry, so I took the opportunity to head up to Dallas and tour it. Each featured interior designer is assigned to one room in an estate, and they go ALL OUT with creative designs.

As a residential interior designer, I found the showhouse an amazing source of inspiration for trends, custom detailing, and sourcing. It is impossible to pick a favorite room, because each one is so unique, which you can view from my photos below. A few stand outs were the dramatic green foyer by Rottet Studio and the classic blue and white formal living room by Mark Sikes. This was the highlight of my fall, and I look forward to visiting again next year!
